1/4 cup (2 Tbsp.) Sugar
3 Tbsp. (4 1/2 tsp.) Flour
2 tsp. (1 tsp.) Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. (3/4 tsp.) Salt
6 (3) Eggs
2 (1) cup Cream
1/2 (1/4) cup melted Butter
6 (3) cups Whole Corn

Note: Qtys. in parenthesis for 1/2 recipe

Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk together eggs, cream and butter. Gradually add sugar mixture whisking until smooth then stir in corn. Pour into slightly greased oblong (8" square) baking dish.

Bake at 350º F for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown and set. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
