2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
1 lb. cooked ground beef
Add 1 can rotel
1 can cream corn
Add taco seasoning.
2 cups cheese
Add 2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn bread and ground beef. Add Rotel and corn and mix again. Add taco seasoning and 2 cups cheese. Mix again. Add milk and eggs and mix really good. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake 400° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 cup or more onto top. Return to oven and bake 5 more minutes. Remove and cut into squares. Top with sour cream and salsa.
