165g plain flour
165g rolled oats
112g butter
112g brown sugar
pinch of cinnamon

For the stewing
10g vanilla sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 Bramley apples peeled and sliced
60g blackberries

Directions:
Directions:
1: Peel core and slice the bramley apple then stew over low heat saucepan in 2tbsp water along with the vanilla extract and cinamon till soft and breaking apart.

2: place into greased baking tray to cool add a handful of black berries and sprinkle the vanilla sugar evenly over

3: preheat the oven to 180°C

4: rub together the flour oats and butter till combined, once rubbed in add the sugar a pinch of cinnamon and spread over the fruit mix and bake for 30-45 minutes
