300g peas
250g pack of Waitrose Fresh spinach and Ricotta tortellini
15g butter
20g pine nuts
2 tsp pine nuts
6 fresh sage leaves
4 tbsp single cream
2 rashes of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
1: Bring a pan of water to the boil then add the peas and cook for 1 minute then add the pasta and cook for 3 minutes until tender.

2: Drain and set aside. Heat the butter in a small pan add the pine nuts and cook for 1 minute then add the sage and lemon zest and cook for a further 1 minute.

3: Add the cream and some seasoning then toss in the pasta and peas and serve with parmigiano.
