2/3 C flour
5 1/2 C coconut
1/4 tsp. salt
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. almond extract
1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 pkg. butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Drop by 1 inch balls onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or well greased. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool.

Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together until smooth. Dip each cookie bottom into chocolate mixture and place on parchment paper to harden. Store in air tight container.
