1 package Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1 16 oz. package of spaghetti
1 small chopped onion
1 small jar of pimentoes (partially drained)
1/4 c. chopped jalapenos (or more) can also use some of the juice depending on how 'hot' you like it!
Mayo or Miracle Whip to desired creamy consistency (Approx 1 1/4-1 1/2 Cups)
salt and pepper to taste.

Dissolve Ranch Dressing in 1/4 Cup of water and set aside
Cook/Drain spaghetti noodles( I usually break in thirds)
Add Ranch Dressing mixture and stir
Add onion,pimentoes and jalapenos
Add Mayo or Miracle Whip
Mix well, cover and refrigerate. Best if made several hours ahead or overnight.

Mayo/Miracle Whip will be absorbed somewhat overnight-may need to add more before serving depending on the consistency you desire.
