1 16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
12 oz. can corned beef, broken into pieces
2 c shredded swiss cheese
1/4 c Thousand island dressing
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 1/2 c rye bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter
2 medium tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place the ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole in the following order: 1/2 of the crumbs, sauerkraut, beef and cheese. Top with dressing, Thousand Island and mayo, blended, and cover with sliced tomatoes. Melt butter; mix with remaining crumbs and place on top. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
