When I was in college, Tim would come to visit me on game day weekends and Dick and Helen, his mom and dad, with their season tickets! For years, every single time they came, we would go to Lee's Chicken, on the outskirts of Lincoln, for chicken. It was Helen's favorite and I think it was something she did with her parents, who had the tickets before she did. Helen LOVED their sour cream for their baked potatoes and was always trying to replicate it. For some reason I was thinking about that some 30 years later, and with the internet, thought someone would definitely try to figure it out and post it. Of course they had. I haven't tried it yet to see if it is the same, but it will be close enough and it is a good family memory. I'd go to Lee's Chicken again just for the nostalgia of it all.
