• 4 teaspoons dried garlic flakes
• 4 teaspoons dried onion flakes
• 4 teaspoons poppy seeds
• 4 teaspoons sesame seeds
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 8 ounces cream cheese softened
• ½ cup sour cream
• 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
• 2 scallions thinly sliced
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• Mix together the poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion flakes, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
• In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese with an electric hand mixer until smooth. Add the sour cream and mix until smooth. Add in the cheddar cheese, scallions, and bacon, stir to combine.
• Place a piece of plastic wrap on the counter, scoop out the mixture in a large ball shape. Wrap in the plastic wrap and form it into a round ball. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours or overnight.
• When ready to serve, unwrap the cheese ball from the plastic wrap. Place the spice mixture onto a plate and roll the cheese ball in the seasonings until the outside is coated. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, and veggies.
