• 20 oz. teriyaki sauce (see recipe for homemade sauce)
• ¼ c. plus 2 T. brown sugar
• 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
• 2 T. flour
• 2 T. sesame seeds
• 26 oz. each 2 packs frozen meatballs
• 4 stalks green onion thinly slices

Homemade Teriyaki Sauce
• 2 c. water
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. soy sauce
• 2 tsp. garlic, minced
• 2 tsp. ginger, minced or freshly grated
• 1 tsp. black pepper

Combine and mix all ingredients. Let sit for one hour before using.

1 – Mix together the teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, juice from the canned pineapple, flour, and sesame seeds. Whisk in a saucepan and heat them.
2 – Place frozen meatballs at the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour over the teriyaki mixture – stir to coat the meatballs.
3 – Scatter the pineapple chunks all over. Cover and cook on high for 2 ½ hours or 4 hours on low until fully heated.
4 Garnish with onions.
