3 oz. box instant coconut cream pudding mix
2 c. milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
¾ c. coconut flakes
¼ c. toasted coconut flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Whisk together the pudding mix and milk in a large bowl until the mixture thickens, about two minutes.
2 – In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then add in the cool whip and stir until fully combined.
3 – Mix the pudding and cream cheese mixtures together and fold in the ¾ c. coconut flakes.
4 – Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for a minmum of 30 minutes.
5 – Top with toasted coconut before serving with graham crackers or vanilla wafers.
