1 c sour cream
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 medium lemons
1 c sugar
1/2 canola oil
1 tbsp. lemon extract
1 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, alt and baking soda in a medium bowl and wisk to combine. Finely grate the zest from two lemons (2 Tbsp.) Place the lemon juice and lemon zest in a bowl. Add eggs, sour cream lemon juice, canola oil, and lemon extract and stir until the sugar is dissolved and no lumps from sour cream remain. Add flour mixture.
Transfer the batter in the prepared greased loaf pan. Bake until lightly browned. 50 to 60 minutes.

Icing
Stir together 1 cup powdered sugar and the remaining 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice together in a bowl. Spread over the top of the cake, letting it drip down the sides.
