¼ cup red wine vinegar
⅓ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp finely chopped garlic
½ tsp paprika

Blend and let sit a few hours or overnight before pouring over salad.
