1 egg
1/3 C sugar
dash of salt
1 Tbs. butter
2/3 C flour
pinch of baking powder
5 Tbs. Cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients smooth, will be runny. Pour by1/4 C onto parchment lined cookie sheet leaving room for spreading. Bake at 400º for 5 minutes- DO NOT OVER BAKE
Quickly roll while hot to shape of a lily- may use a cannoli cone or the end of a wooden spoon to wrap the cookie around. Cool.
When ready to serve fill with Whip cream and sugar sprinkles.
