1 3/4 C flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 C butter
3/4 C sugar
1 C Blackberry Jam
3/4 tsp Almond extract
2 eggs
1/2 C whipping cream
1 C chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Add blackberry jam and extract. Beat in eggs one at a time. to the creamed mixture add alternating the flour and the cream to the butter mixture, mixing just until the flour is moistened. DO NOT OVER MIX. Stir in pecans. Fill lined cupcake pans with mixture to the top (this recipe does not rise). Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
