1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed golden mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 lb. chicken breast tenderloins
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms or one 4 oz. can (drained) sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup pkg. shredded carrots
1 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup cashews
3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:

In a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker, combine soup, soy sauce, and ground ginger. Stir in chicken, mushrooms, celery, carrots an water chestnuts.
Cover, cook on low heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or on high heat setting for 3 to 4 hours.
Stir cashews into chicken mixture. Serve over hot cooked rice.
