12 large hard-boiled eggs
1 cup Garlic and Fine Herbs Boursin Cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3-4 tablespoons ground crackers of choice, for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Crush a few of your favorite crackers and set aside. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Add the yolks, Boursin Cheese, and sour cream to a bowl and blend until creamy. Season with a little salt. Fill the egg whites with the egg-cheese mixture. Sprinkle the tops of the eggs with crushed crackers. Serves 12.
