½ lb. ground hot sausage
4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 package Bisquik or biscuit mix, about 1 cup

Let sausage come to room temp. Heat oven to 325º. With your hands, combine uncooked sausage and cheese in bowl. Add biscuit mix and blend. Roll into marble sized balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 60 balls.
