40 oz. can Sweet Potatoes, with liquid
½ c. Butter
⅔ c. Brown Sugar
⅔ c. Syrup, from can

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º F.
2. Place sweet potatoes in a shallow baking dish, and set aside.
3. Combine butter, sugar, and syrup in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until thicken, stirring occasionally.
4. Pour sauce over sweet potatoes.
5. Bake for 30- 35 minutes.

2. You may sprinkle nutmeg and/or ground cinnamon before serving.
