1½ pounds 93% lean ground turkey
½ cup, Panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup, grated red onion
1 egg
¾ tablespoon dried oregano
3 minced garlic
2 teaspoons olive oil
¾ teaspoon salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°. Coat a large rimmed baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2

Mix together, turkey, breadcrumbs, grated onion, egg, oregano, garlic, oil, salt, in a large bowl, just until combined. Form the mixture into 1 inch diameter meatballs. Arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake the meatballs until browned or an instant read thermometer inserted in the center registers 165°, 10 to 12 minutes.
