Ingredients:
1 pound reduce sodium ham
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
1. Using a sharp knife, trim fat off of the ham. Score ham slightly by slicing lines, one way, then the other, making a diamond shaped pattern. Don’t cut more than an eighth of an inch. Place the prepared ham in a baking dish.

2. In a mixing bowl, add brown sugar, Dijon, mustard, lemon juice, and ginger. Stir with a wire whisk until well combined. Spread the brown sugar mixture over the top of ham. Cover the baking dish with heavy duty plastic wrap, pull back one corner to vent. Microwave the ham on high for approximately 4 minutes until heated through.

3. In a measuring cup, add the pineapple. Microwave on high for approximately 1 1/2 minutes, or until it begins to bubble. Remove from microwave and stir.

4. Put ham into four equal pieces. Poor pineapple over each of the four servings.
