2 cans French-style green beans
1 6-oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 5-oz. can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 T. butter, melted
Dash of pepper
1/4 t. salt
2 T. flour
2 T. onions, chopped
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. Swiss chesse, grated
Cornflakes cereal, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook green beans until thoroughly heated; drain. Combine all other ingredients, reserving cheese and Cornflake crumbs. Add to beans and mix lightly. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and sprinkle with Cornflake crumbs. Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
