½ cup flour
3 eggs
3 T flour
3 T butter, divided
½ cup milk, room temp
½ tsp kosher salt
1 tsp vanilla
Zest of one lemon
Juice of ½ lemon
½ cup frozen blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Grease your Dutch oven with rest of butter, melted on bottom then throw on blueberries.Blend eggs milk salt vanilla flour and half of butter. Stir in lemon zest. Pour over blueberries in Dutch oven. Cook for 15 minutes.
