4 Large, cored, peeled Granny Smith Apples, cut into ½" slices
¼C Maple Syrup
½C Maple Syrup
8C Spinach & Arugula washed
½lb. Brie, rind removed and cut in small pieces
½C Candied Pecans

Dressing
¼C Apple Juice
3T Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
¼C Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Arrange apples on baking sheet and brush ¼C syrup.
2. Broil until golden, turn, brush with syrup on other side and broil.
3. Let apples marinate in ½C maple syrup until serving time. Heat apples and syrup heatproof bowl in 300º for 10 minutes.
4. Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
5. Toss spinach and arugula with dressing to coat lightly and divide onto individual salad plates.
6. Place apples coated with warm syrup on lettuce mixture on each plate. Add cheese pieces and pecans to each plate and serve.
