2 lbs. bone-in chicken breast, thighs, or legs
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
Vegetable oil cooking spray for greasing

Directions:
Directions:
1 – In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk (if using).
2 – Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat.
3 – Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 8 hours.
4 – Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5 – In a shallow dish or large reuseable bag, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
6 – Remove the chicken pieces from the buttermilk mixture allowing excess to drip off.
7 – Place the chicken in the dish or bag with the flour mixture and toss or shake until evenly coated.
8 – Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with vegetable oil cooking spray.
9 – Bake 35 – 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165.
