1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant pudding mix (any flavor)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Food coloring (optional)
Sprinkles or colored sugar (optional for decoration)

Directions:
Directions:
1 – In a mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whit, instant pudding mix, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
2 – Mix with mixer or by hand until the ingredients are well combined and it becomes thick and creamy. If you want color, then add a few drops of food coloring at this stage.
3 – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper,
4 – Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop small portions of the Cool Whip mixture on the prepared baking sheet.
5 – You can make them as big or small as you like. At this stage you may decorate by adding sprinkles or colored sugar.
6 – Place the candy in the freezer about 2 -3 hours until it is firm.
7 – Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
