1 ¾ c. flour
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
½ c. butter
¾ c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ c. milk

Topping:
¼ c. butter, melted
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 – Grease a muffin tin or line with papers.
3 – In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
4 – In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy,
5 – Beat in eggs one at a time then stir in vanilla.
6 – Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Stir until combined.
7 – Fill prepared muffin cups about ¾ full. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
8 – For topping -mix together sugar and cinnamon.
9 – While the muffins are still warm, dip tops into the melted butter then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
