Ingredients:  
1 lb. White Mushrooms - quartered
1/2 lb. Shiitake Mushrooms
3 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper
3 cloves Garlic - chopped
2 tbsp. Parsley
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
4 tbsp. Butter
Hot Sauce
Wide Pasta - Pappardelle or Fettuccine
Parmesan Cheese - grated

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil and a little butter to a pan on medium heat
Add chopped garlic
Cook till golden and remove to plate
Add parsley and stir
Add some chicken stock and stir
Add hot sauce
Add mushrooms and salt
Turn and stir
Cover pan and cook for 10 min
Add heavy cream, butter and pepper
Raise heat to high, boil and stir
Reduce to medium heat and stir
Add pasta to sauce and stir
Add cheese

Alternatively pour pasta into bowl and add sauce
add cheese and toss
serve with parsley and basil
