Pasta (Ziti/Rigatoni/Shells/Pappardelle)
1 lb. Sweet Sausage
Tomato Sauce
Frozen Peas
Heavy Cream
Hot Sauce
Parmesan Cheese - grated
Basil

Directions:
Directions:
Peel off casings on sausage and break into small chunks
Cook in oiled pan on medium low heat until brown
Add salt
Add tomato sauce and mix with hot sauce
Add heavy cream
Cook on medium heat until sauce thickens
Microwave frozen peas for 40 seconds in a small bowl
Add peas and parmesan to sauce
Add pasta to sauce
Add basil
Mix and stir until sauce is creamy
Add more flaked basil, cheese and pasta water if needed
