2 or 3 sticks Butter
3/4 cup Heavy cream
1 cup Pasta Water
Sage
Basil
Parmesan Cheese
Pasta (Fettucine/Tortellini/Ravioli/Bowtie)
Directions:
Directions:
Add butter to large pan
Add cream and some pasta water.
Stir and let boil
Add sage and some more water
Remove sage
Add cheese and basil
Add more cheese and basil
Let boil then reduce heat to medium low
Add al dente pasta to the pan
Let cook with sauce for 5 or 6 min
sprinkle with basil and serve
