2 lbs. stewing beef
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 can tomato soup - undiluted
1/2 can water - from tomato soup
Worcestershire to taste
Salt & pepper
Vegetables - potatoes, carrots, onions etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in either a oven safe pot or in a slow cooker.
For the oven method - cook in 300ºF oven or 4-5 hrs.
For the slow cooker method - cook on low for 7-8 hrs or high for 4-5 hrs.
About 1/2 hr. before serving, add either/or frozen peas &/or corn kernels.

Got this recipe from Pat Thompson. Bob & Pat bought our house on Cassiar Crt.
I've made this numerous times in the oven and it's always good. Put it in the oven and come home to a wonderful aroma of dinner cooking - Awesome!!
