1 brie Cold place in freezer for 10 min.
1 tube flake pastry dough
any type of fillings: spicy jelly, cranberry’s, nuts, peaches, apples etcetera
1 egg and 1 T water beaten for egg wash

Directions:
Directions:
score rind of brie about 1/4 inch deep
place cooking string in score and tie a knot, pull to separate top & bottom half’s
place fillings
roll out dough
place filling in center of drought
Place filled brie over filling and wrap with dough
use egg wash to seal edges and cover rest of dough
bake at 400 for about 15 - 20 until golden brown
you can carver or cut shapes into top of dough or better to cut shapes out of extra dough and add to top of brie
