2.5 tablespoon (25 gram) toasted sesame seed
1/8 teaspoon (.5 gram) garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon (1 gram) Coleman's mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 gram/2.5 ml) water
1 cup (240 gram/240 ml) soy sauce
1/2 cup (120 gram/120 ml) heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Toast sesame seed over medium heat until light golden brown

Add soy sauce and all dry ingredients to blender or food processor and blend until sesame seeds are emulsified into sauce, reserve sauce

Heat cream over medium heat until warm

Add reserved soy sauce to warm cream and whisk until combined, serve warm

When re-heating sauce, add warmed cream to thin out sauce before serving
