Preheat to 425º
Filling: (for Steak & Potato BakeOver)
2 T butter
1 c onion, peeled & sliced
1 T flour, ½ t salt & ¼ t pepper
8 oz steak
1 T white wine
1 c shredded cabbage
8 oz potato, peeled, ½" cubes
½ t fresh thyme
1 c cheddar cheese

BakeOver Crust:
1½ c BakingMix (recipe in 'Breads')
3 T butter
½ c water

Directions:
Directions:
Filling:
Cook butter & onion, med 5 min. + 2 min to brown onion.
Combine flour, salt, pepper in small bowl.
Tenderize, cut steak to ½ cubes, toss.
Add to skillet & cook 5 min. Add wine & cook 30 sec.
Add veggies & cook 5 min.
Crust: Add Mix to med bowl & cut in butter.
Add water & mix. Form ball. Roll into 9" crust.
Assemble:
Remove from heat, stir in cheese, place crust over.
Bake 20 min. Invert. Garnish. Serve.
