1 1/2 c flour
2 t baking powder
3/4 t salt
1/4 t baking soda

Directions:
To bake a crust: Preheat to 425º
Add mix to a medium bowl & cut in 3 T butter.
Add 1/2 c water and mix well.
Form a ball & roll out a 9" crust.
Crust (and ingredients in a skillet) will take 20 min.
