3/4 c. margarine melted
1 1/2 c. flour
13 oz. container of Cool Whip
3/4 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. pkge. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lrge. pkge. chocolate "instant" pudding
3 c. milk

Crust:
Mix margarine, flour, pecans. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and one half of the cool whip-when crust is cool spread on mixture & chill.

Filling:
Mix pudding & milk-beat on meduim speed for 2 minutes-spread over chilled mixture-spread remaining half of cool whip on top. Refrigerate.
