1 tbs. olive oil
1 onion
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbs. cumin
1 ½ c. chicken broth
1 15 oz. can green enchilada sauce
½ can cream corn
½ can fire roasted tomatoes with garlic
3 boneless chicken breast
8 oz. cream cheese

tortilla strip or any other toppings you like

In Slow Cooker on high place:
! tbsp. olive oil
chopped onion on top
garlic
½ can fire roasted tomatoes with garlic

Cooke for about 1 hour till onion is tender and tomatoes have cooked down some

cut raw chicken in bite size pieces place on top
sprinkle spices on top
½ can cream corn then top with chicken broth

Cook
1 hour before serving add 8 oz. softened cream cheese blend together
