1 Head Cabbage, sliced
16 oz Broccoli Florets
16 oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed
8 oz Guyere Cheese, cubed (see notes)
16 oz Andouille Sausage, cubed (see notes)
3 Tbsp Butter, cubed
2 Tbsp Chipotle Seasoning
1 Cup Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add cut cabbage to a deep casserole dish. Top with cubed cheeses and butter. Sprinkle Chipotle Seasoning all over. Drizzle heavy cream over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Stir casserole well to mix. Recover and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
Stir again to mix well. If cheese is not thoroughly melted and cabbage is not soft, continue to cook an additional 15 minutes or as needed.

You can use any mix of bitter cheese, guyere, provolone, parmesan, gouda, white cheddar, etc.

You can use any variety of Velveeta, regular, mexican, etc.

You can any variety of Andouille Sausage or alike. Or you can substitute cooked and crumbled hot or italian sausage for Andouille.
