2# bulk sausage
12 slices bread w/crust cut away
soft margarine
2 c. cheddar cheese (2-3 c. grated)
8 eggs
1 qt. half & half
2 t. salt mixed with 2 t. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage- drain. Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Butter 6 slices of bread and place in pan buttered side down. Sprinkle with sausage, then cheese. Butter 6 more slices of bread & place buttered side op over the sausage & cheese mixture. Mix together eggs, milk, salt & mustard. Pour over bread, sausage & cheese let sit in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Let sit 20-30 minutes after you take it out of the oven so the egg mixture will set.
