1 pound ground breakfast sausage
4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1.5 cups Bisquick
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a baking dish or muffin tray.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sausage, frozen shredded hash browns, Bisquick, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Make balls around 1 inch in size with your hands with this mixture. Place them on the greased baking tray.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
