1½ lb. beef
½ lb. pork
3 eggs
1 c. tomato juice
½ c. graham cracker crumbs
1½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
grated lemon rind


Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Lay a few slices of lemon on top of the loaf. Do not pack. Bake 350° for about 1 hour.
