Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 bag Mrs. Bonser’s egg noodles (not the frozen ones)
soy sauce
1 lb steak (I use top sirloin)
minced garlic
1 c. boiling water
2 bunches of green onions (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles al dente. Drain, rinse (optional), spread out to dry, stirring once in a while. I usually let them dry for a few hours. Slice steak into thin strips – cutting across the grain. Heat wok or large skillet with 4 tablespoons olive oil over medium/high heat. Add noodles and stir for 4 – 6 minutes. Add 1 cup boiling water and several splashes of soy sauce. Heat for an additional 3-4 minutes. Place noodles in a large bowl to keep warm. Add 2 tablespoons more olive oil to the pan, heat and add steak, minced garlic, green onions and a couple of splashes of soy sauce. Cook until the meat is done. Serve meat over noodles with additional splashes of soy sauce.
