Pecan Tarts Recipe

1 1/2 pkges. cream cheese (12 oz.)
1 lb. margarine
4 c. flour

4 eggs beaten with fork
3 c. light brown sugar
dash of salt
2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 t. vanilla
4 T. margarine

Mix cheese and margarine. Add flour and mix well. Refrigerate at least 45 minutes or overnight.. Roll dough into little balls and place in small muffin tins
spread evenly into tin, then spoon apprx 1-2 t. of filling into each dough filled muffin tin.

Bake at 350 for apprx 20-25 minutes
