- 1/2 cup Quaker Oats rolled oats
- 1/2 - 1 cup almond milk
- 150g plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 80g blueberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides, unflavored
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
