Ingredients:
Ingredients:

1 cup of butter,
2 cups of brown sugar,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/2 cup of karo syrup. Bring that to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn off heat and add a "sloppy" teaspoon of vanilla. Stir that in.
Lastly, Add a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Stir well and let foam up. Then while hot pour this over your premade popcorn. This recipe will accommodate 2 thanksgiving turkey size foil trays full of popcorn which amounts vary depending on your popcorn machine. Also for dark Carmel you would just use dark brown sugar instead. Preheat oven to 250º and bake for 1 hour with taking it out every 15min to stir and mix up however you can without crumbling popcorn.. repeat this cycle 4x and the 4th being done. Let cool and enjoy!!
