1 1/2 lb sliced kielbasa or smoked sausage
2 (15 oz) cans green beans, well-drained
2 lbs baby creamer potatoes, cleaned and halved
1 cup chopped onions
1/8 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup butter
3 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º and grease 9x13" casserole dish.
Put the potatoes in a gallon-size baggie and add the oil and seasonings. Seal and shake to coat.
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil. Add the sausage slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside. Cool and add to the bag.
In the same skillet, melt butter and add onion and garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant. Cool and add to the bag. Follow with the green beans.
Transfer bag mixture to casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
