1 1/2 pound grond beef - 750g
1/2 lb ground pork -250g
2 eggs
12 cup fine dry g/f bread crumbs - 125 mL
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1 tsp (approx) horse radish *** double check it is gluten free - 5 mL
1 tsp salt - 5 mL
1/2 tsp pepper - 2mL


Sauce:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup grasper jelly
1/4 apple cider vinegar
1 onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

Meatballs,

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, adding more horseradish, if desired; mix until well blended. Shape into small bite-sized balls. Place on greased baking sheet and bake in 350F oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until well browned.


Sauce
In saucepan, combine all ingredients; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add to cooked meatballs; Keep warm in oven or serve immedietly.
