1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1/2 cups cornstarch
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt


5 tbsp cold butter, - or shortening
6 tsp milk of choice
3 tbsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. In the bowl of a food processor, combine dry ingredients. Pulse to combine.
2. Add the butter (or shortening). Pulse until flour mixture is course.
3. Add milk and honey. Pulse until dough forms.
4. Turn dough onto a lightly rice floured silicone mat.
5. Pat dough into a rectangle. Dust the top of the dough lightly with rice flour.
6. Place another silicone mat on top or use parchment paper. Roll dough out until it covers all of the paper. Dough rectangle will be about 18 inch thick.
7. carefully remove top mat (or paper).
8. Transfer dough to 12 X 18 baking pan by flipping it over.
9. Score the dough into rectangles.
10. Bake for about 15 minutes till lightly browned.
