"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:

1.
2. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker liner.
3. Poke each breast with a fork 3 to 4 times.
4. Sprinkle the zesty Italian dressing on the chicken breasts.
5. Add the condensed cream of chicken and chicken broth.
6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
7. 30 minutes before the end of the cook, place your cream cheese on the counter. I have noticed if I bring my cream cheese to room temperature it works better.
8. Cook your pasta according to the directions on the package.
9. Once the chicken has reached
165 degrees shred the chicken using 2 forks.
10. Add the cream cheese to the broth and cover for 10 extra minutes or until the cheese is melted.
11. Add the cooked pasta to the slow cooker. Mix to coat the pasta.
12. Serve immediately and Enjoy!
