2 pounds cauliflower
2 pounds pickling onions
2 pound cucumbers seeded and chopped
2 pounds green beans or 3 tins
2 pounds green peppers
2 pounds red peppers
1 tin green olives
1 ten black olives
2 pounds canned mushrooms - often optional
1 can ketchup
1 tin anchovies
1.5 cups olive oil (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Clean, and chop all veggies by quickly pulsing in food processor. (Watch it doesn't become too fine.)
Combine in large kettle.
Add Ketchup and oil (if using)
Boil 15 minutes.

Put into sterilized jars and process 15 minutes.

depends on size of veggies but generally 1 dozen half pints.

This recipe was one that Mom used years ago. I sometimes add a dash of hot sauce. Optional - 4 cans tuna and 2 cans shrimp
